Warranty Policy

Under normal use and maintenance conditions, if the product experiences performance failure due to material, process, or manufacturing problems during the warranty period, we promise to provide warranty service.

Starting date of warranty period:

The warranty period for products purchased through an Nocpix Nature certified distributor or dealer shall commence from the date of purchase as indicated on the invoice;

If a valid purchase invoice is not available, the warranty period will be calculated from the date of delivery of the product from Nocpix Nature manufacturing.

Special note: 

This is the standard warranty period for Nocpix Nature products. Specific details are subject to the terms outlined in the purchase and sales contract.

Replacement Service：

Within 14 days (inclusive) from the original purchase date, if the purchased product experiences a performance failure that is confirmed by Nocpix Nature after-sales service engineers to be caused by a product defect, you may choose to request a replacement or a free repair. Nocpix Nature will provide a free replacement of the same model and specification, or if such model or accessory has been discontinued, a replacement of equal or superior performance will be provided.All accompanying items and the original packaging must be returned together with the defective product. Any replaced product or part shall become the property of Nocpix Nature, while the replacement product or part shall become your property.

The following conditions do not belong to the scope of free warranty

l The device nameplate and SN bar code are damaged and cannot be identified.

l Any modification, disassembly, or repair not authorized by Nocpix Nature is prohibited.

l Failure or damage caused by personal misuse or failure to follow the product’s instructions for use, maintenance, or storage is not covered by the warranty.

l Damage caused by transportation, loading, or unloading during repair is not covered by the warranty.

l The warranty does not cover product damage caused by accidents or intentional damage, such as liquid spills, drops, inappropriate voltage input, etc.

l Damage caused by impact, fire, lightning strikes, flooding, human negligence, natural disasters, or force majeure events are not covered by the warranty.
